The estimated times of delivery are: Portugal and Spain up to 24h after collection from the carrier, other countries up to 48h after collection from the carrier.

If you wish, we can collect your product, or send a pre-paid return label to a UPS access point, for a fee of 15€, which will be deducted from your refund.
